Earned his dental degree in 2015 and moved to the U.S. in 2016. With experience in labs and cosmetic dentistry, he worked with leading dental companies. Now, he leads Miami Dental Co., innovating and enhancing dental practice.
General Manager
With 20+ years as a dentist and nearly a decade in the U.S., Miguel merges clinical expertise with business skills. Originally from Venezuela, he earned an MBA in this country to strengthen his healthcare management knowledge. As a general manager for seven years, he drives patient care and operational excellence.
Treatment coordinator
With 22+ years of experience, specializes in financial management. He has held key roles in Venezuela and worked as an accountant in Florida for three years. Now, as an accounting manager/treatment coordinator, he leverages his expertise to drive growth and success.
Dentist
Dr. Hamade is a dedicated dentist specializing in cosmetic dentistry, facial injections, and dental implants. With a Biology degree from Florida State and a Master of Science, he graduated from Nova Southeastern University. Passionate about enhancing smiles, he uses advanced techniques. Outside work, he enjoys traveling and staying active.

Sara, a dedicated dental assistant with five years of experience, graduated with honors from Concorde Career Institute. She has volunteered with MOMOM and PDS, providing free dental care. Originally from Colombia, she moved to the U.S. in 2016, learned English, and has a background in professional dance. Her goals include becoming a dental hygienist and owning a business.
